Airdial BPO Solution provides a range of BPO services, including but not limited to:

• Inbound Call Center
• Outbound Call Center
• Live Chat Support
• Live WhatsApp Chat
• Email Support
• Technical Support
• Telemarketing
• Multilingual BPO Solutions

The scope of services shall be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared in the course of the business relationship. We will not disclose any client data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
